Dr. Luis Ramon V. Rodriguez (LRVR) serves as the Founder and guiding light of several medical companies through Karl Group Holdings Corporation. Each subsidiary form part of his advocacy in bringing quality and advanced healthcare, medical education, health care insurance, and other medically related projects all over the Philippines. By profession, LRVR is an ENT-Head and Neck Surgeon, an established medi-preneur, doing medical business for more than 25 years, who also served as a board member in various organizations and hospitals local and international. LRVR played an active role in promoting health & wellness by being the founding member/board of directors of various organizations. His latest project involves building 100-bed hospitals and organizing a group to setting-up Multi-specialty and Managed Care Centers in different regions. His love for technology led him to form an alliance with many organizations in his passion to promote access to transportation, education, agri-aqua, and many other industries using Information Technology (IT) as its highway and platform. Reliving the memory of his dad, LRVR always quotes, Philippians 3:14, “He who began a good work in you, will be faithful to complete it in you until the day of Christ Jesus.

Carl E. Balita is the Chairman of CEB Group of Companies which includes review centers all over the Philippines and abroad and spa centers. He is also the president of Asian Academy for Applied Entrepreneurship and director of the Spotlight Artist Center. As a movie producer, he released in 2007 the film Nars and in 2017 the film Maestra. As an advocate of entrepreneurship, he is a familiar trainor at the University of the Philippines – Institute for Small Scale Industry.

He graduated in University of Santo Tomas (UST) for Nursing degree and took his master in nursing and Doctor of Education in Pamantasan Ng Lungsod ng Maynila. Dr. Balita obtained Executive Program in International Management from Stanford University and National Universiy of Singapore and a Certificate in Entrepreneurship from De La Salle University – College of St. Benilde

Mr. Arnold Allanigui is a father of three wonderful children and married to a missionary educator.

For more than two decades “Amazing Arnold”, a name that has become his identity as a missionary pastor, professional magician, ventriloquist, actor, director, photographer, and film producer has also engaged in digital marketing, public relations and business.

He is the founding chairman of Fellowship of Christian Magician Philippines in 2011 and one of the founders of Papetirs Club International Philippines and International Ventriloquist Society Philippines. He represented the country and took home prizes at various ASEAN puppet festivals, among them the Silver Award for the Best Solo Performer at the 2015 Hanoi ASEAN Puppet Festival in Vietnam, the Best Comedy Show, and the Best Actor nomination at the 2019 Kuching, Malaysia World Puppet Carnival. He has already appeared on most television networks and at significant events both here and abroad.

He devotes a significant portion of his time to church ministries, school chaplaincy, and the Christian mission initiative "HAYO," which is derived from Matthew 28:19–20, “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations…”. He spearheads its concerted efforts to preach Christianity and extend help to indigenous people and disadvantaged children.

He lives fully as an ambassador of Jesus Christ and has dedicated his gifts, talents and every opportunity to share the Gospel to others.

He currently serves as the Corporate Social Officer of Karl Group Holdings Corp. and the Executive Assistant of KARL's Chairman, Dr. Luis Ramon Rodriguez.

Dr. Tagle is the Chairman of the Urology Center of World Citi Medical Center.

At Ingram Micro Canada, he led two different marketing and sales teams to win back-to-back Encore Award for Ingram North America, awarded by this Fortune 100 company to its top contributor each year, culminating to Mr. Caballero receiving the Global Award of Excellence, the highest individual company award.

As the Global Vice President of Sales for Aimetis – a Canadian security software company, he led his team to one of Deloitte and Touche’s Top 50 fastest growing companies in Canada and Top 500 fastest growing companies in North America, heading a multinational global sales and marketing team from Brazil, France, UK, India, Dubai, Germany, China, Singapore and USA. Richard is also a serial entrepreneur having founded and funded start-ups both in Canada and the Philippines, assuming the role of CEO/President in 3 other start- up companies. His interest and expertise are with launching new disruptive technologies in the global market. He completed his Bachelor of Commerce at York University in Toronto, Canada and finished his MBA from the Rotman School of Management – University of Toronto, Canada’s top MBA school, where he received the Dean’s Merit Award and Scholarship.

Mr. Eric Yam is a Malaysian that has been based in the Philippines since 2009. An advocate of emergency preparedness, he developed solutions to help save lives, and founded LifeKit in 2014, which has become the current leading emergency kit brand in the Philippines.

In 2017, Eric founded the Malaysia Chamber of Commerce and Industries Philippines, a non-profit organization and is its current Vice President and Chair for Trade working closely with the Malaysian Embassy’s Trade Division based in Manila.

A practitioner of positive thinking and being a mentor to several millennials who are now making waves in various industries, Eric joined Healthy Mind Solutions as the Country Head for the Philippines dedicated to help save minds as well as saving lives because in today’s “New Normal” mental wellness is becoming an unseen emergency that are affecting lives too. Prior to graduating from the prestigious Penang Free School (High School), he was offered a full Government Scholarship to (UPM) University Putra Malaysia and simultaneously extended his studies personally with the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK) and was an Associate Member of MIM (Malaysian Institute of Management).

Dr. Rylan Flores is a well-known speaker and lecturer on Osteoporosis and Arthritis in various organizations such as International College of Surgeons, Philippine Academy of Medical Specialist, Philippine Medical Association.

He is a consultant in several hospitals, charity institutions in Metro Manila and the Founding Chairman of the Philippine Society for Bones and Joints Care.

After graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a Major in Accounting from the University of Calgary (CANADA) in 1987, Mr. Goh’s 30 years career started and included stints at UPS, and global banks such as CS First Boston, Citibank N.A. and ABN AMRO Bank. I spent 12.5 years at DBS (Development Bank of Singapore) as Senior Vice President of Corporate Banking. His experience includes formulation of business strategies, product management such as Treasury, Trade Finance, Cash management, Factoring, Hire Purchase and corporate lending as well as commercial cards. He was also a member of asset and liabilities committee and made quarterly presentations to Board of Directors on Business Performance. In the last 6 years with UCF group, He have been appointed as a Regional CEO for Singapore and South-East Asia, working with Fintech companies to expand their geographic reach and strategic alliance with a strong focus on customer acquisition and financial performance.

With over 30+ years experience in International Biopharmaceutical & Medical Device Marketing (Asia and North America. His project is nationwide in scope and deals with pre-eclampsia.

Joel has background in being in a hands on Sales Operations, Marketing, Distribution Head post that provide leadership role at various levels in the organization; and involved in strategic planning, developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies. A transformational leader, hands on people management, deeply involved in people training and development, succession planning, recruitment and on boarding. A track record on year-on-year double digit revenue growth, financial acuity on P&L management, A&P, OPEX, demand and inventory planning, and focused AR/collection management.

Notable achievements include starting up the Medical Device business for Getz Healthcare (Getz Bros Philippines Inc). Joel started out with 15 people and the business had a value of < USD1.0m. With an depth business acumen on expansion market services, he was able to grow the business to USD 7.5M with an increased organization headcount of 55. Managed 9 business representing various therapeutic segments (Surgical, Cardio and Vascular, Hospital Disposables, Molecular Diagnostics and LifeScience) in both consumable and capital equipment business.

New business development, responsible in acquiring 5 new principal accelerating medical device business growth 3 folds. Direct management of cross-cultural principal in the APAC region.

Quality Management Process: Led the Medical Device division to ISO TUVSUD 2018 accreditation and renewal in 2019. Monthly QMO review, Risk and Opportunity Assessment review and update. Conduct periodic Principal business and service contract review. Ensure compliant to local and regulatory guidelines (APACMed, FDA, etc) on ethical sales and marketing practices.

Joel is also adept in starting up businesses, his most notable ones being: starting up Xeno Pharmaceuticals (setting up operational systems and processes) and starting up the Vaccines business and ValueHealth business with GlaxoSmithkline Phils Inc.

Former Sales Director for Getz Bros Philippines (under Getz Healthcare), Joel also serves as the Medical Device Country Head and is mainly responsible for developing and maintaining Getz Healthcare Medical Device business throughout the country, focused on maximizing sales and profits in the short and long term for business partners (principals) as well as own brands.

Prof Dato Sri Dr Abu Hassan Asaari Abdullah MBBS, FRCS (Edinburgh, FAMM, FAMS(Spore), FASEM is a very well-known Medical Practitioner in Malaysia who is named as the “Father of Modern Emergency Medicine of Malaysia” for his effort in the redevelopment and establishment of the Emergency Medical and Trauma Services in Malaysia. He was trained as a Trauma Surgeon in the UK with a scholarship from the government of Malaysia and became the first Trauma Surgeon in Malaysia. He was appointed as the the Head of Emergency Medical and Trauma Services of Ministry of Health Malaysia when he came back from United Kingdom in 1992 and while in that position he successfully established a well organised Emergency Medical and Trauma Service System, Universal Access number 999 system and also the Speciality of Emergency Medicine in Malaysia. Because of this great achievement, he was appointed as consultant to the Ministry of Health of a few countries including Indonesia and Sudan. After this retirement in 2017 he joined the corporate world of Healthcare Industries and heading many corporate bodies both in Malaysia and other countries.

Currently, he is heading a Maju Healthcare that is focusing in the Redevelopment of Kuala Lumpur Hospital and offering outsourcing of Medical Services for the Ministry of Health Malaysia. Apart from that he is appointed as Chairman and Board of Directors of several other companies including Antah Holding, Sihat Holding Malaysia, Hearbit EECP Malaysia and etc.

For the position in Professional Body, he is has successfully won a position in the Nationwide Election as a board member of Malaysian Medical Council, the highest professional body for registered medical practitioners in Malaysia and also Deputy Master of the Academy of Medicine of Malaysia, the highest organisation for all the medical specialists In Malaysia.

He is also a very active medical educationist and have been appointed as Senate Member, Adjunct and Visiting Professor of many Medical Schools and Universities both in Malaysia and other countries.

Another very special attributes, he is also an inventor of many medical devices that have used widely in Malaysia and few other countries.
